For the past few weeks, Ryan has been struggling quite a bit with his new companion. (Everyone who's ever been on a mission can probably relate). The struggle is...or was...that the guy only had 2 months left on his mission, and was VERY trunky, and wouldn't work, at all. So, when time came for Ryan to have an interview with his President, he told him what was going on. The next morning we got a call from Ryan's Mission President, (scared us to death at first) informing us that Ryan had been transferred to work with the Zone leaders in another area, until official transfers came around again, and his lazy comp was sent home. Needless to say Ryan was very relieved, and is now having a grand ole time with the Zone leaders. But, other than that little rough spot, learning experience, Ryan is doing so great. Every e-mail we get from him he sounds so happy. He loves the work he's doing, and he loves the gospel. He's having a great mission.

Ryan thought this bridge was so funny, because it only came up to his knees. As his mother however, I'm looking at the drop to the bottom, and think that he should stay the heck OFF of the bridge.
